You can define from when (how long in advance) and till when you want to accept online bookings.
Furthermore you can specify specific booking rules as: do not accept single night bookings on weekendnights longer than 10 days in advance.
performant deposit handling
You can opt to have your online bookings confirmed with a deposit payment trough paypal (requires free paypal merchant account). You decide how much deposit has to be payed (fixed amount or first night stay) and if it has to be payed by everyone, or only by new clients to your guesthouse.
Payments go directly to your own paypal account, the payment details are processed by the guestroombooking and marked with the booking.
performant booking-notification
New bookings are stored immediately into your booking-database.
You will receive a copy of the mails sent between the booking system and your client, informing you of the new booking and its status.
Aditionally you can opt to have a text-notification on your cellphone upon every new, or every confirmed booking. This notification will contain the most important details of the booking (client-name, contact details, and booking details).
multilingual booking interface
The booking-interface is made multilingual, at current supporting English, French, German and Dutch. More languages can be added upon request.

The message your client receives upon booking (on screen and by e-mail) can be edited by yourself.
customizable pop-up messages for special days in your booking scheme
If there are special notices about special days, you can display them to your clients from the booking calendar. When the client moves the cursor over that day, the message about that day (for instance no checkins possible) will be shown in a small pop-up box.

easy changing of bookings
From the booking detail screen, it is easy to change the booking (change dates, rate, roomtype or room, client details, cancel booking, and so on). Changes to the booking will have the booking price being recalculated automatically.
contact your client from the booking-details
From the booking details you can contact your client, either by sending him an e-mail directly, either by sending a text-message to his cellphone from your pc. The text message can be tracked (with delivery notification) and it will seem to origin from your own cellphone, making replies arriving at your phone.
