A guesthouse will have to select between either the commission based subscription, either the fixed fee subscription.
One can select whatever type of subscription is the cheapest.

commission based fee (unless fixed fee)
For guesthouses with a low number / value of online bookings, made by clients, can opt to pay a commission based fee.
In such case a 5% commission will be charged on the value of bookings made by clients using the online booking system. No commissions or fees will have to be payed for bookings entered by the guesthouse owner, nor for bookings that do not get successfully completed (cancelled or un-fullfilled bookings).

text messages to cellphones
Text messages to cellphones (booking notifications to owner - if selected - or messages to clients using the owners interface) will be charged at 0,15 € per message.

VAT
VAT may be charged according to the European and Belgian legislation.

21% VAT will be charged to

guesthouses located in Belgium;
guesthouses located within the EU and having NO VAT NUMBER.

No VAT will be charged to

guesthouses outside the EU;
guesthouses in another EU country than Belgium and having a VAT number.

paypal fees
For houses that use deposit payments trough paypal, paypal will charge a commission on the funds received. These commissions are a matter between paypal and the house-owners and are not included in the rates on this page.

larger houses (over 5 rooms)
Larger houses can use the guestroombooking system too.
The fixed monthly fee for a house having more than 5 rooms can be calculated with following formula:
monthly fee = ( 20€ + (number_of_rooms x 2€))
For a 7 room house this will be 20 + 14 or 34 &euro, for a 10 room guesthouse 20 + 20 or 40 €
