Even though guestroombooking.com may occasionally check with clients if the service delivered was
as promised, we take no responsability for the correctness of the information from individual houses.

When you make a booking, guestroombooking.com acts solely as a communcation channel between you, the client, and the owner
of the guesthouse.
Guestroombooking.com is only responsible for transferring the information between the guesthouse and the client. Bookings are
supposed to be made directly between the client and the guesthouse owner.
In case an advance payment is required, the payment is done trough the paypal system and is going directly to the owner of the
guesthouse.

Guesthouse owners should provide us always with the latest and most actual information.
They have to keep the booking database updated in case they receive bookings from elsewhere.

information
The guesthouses and bed & breakfasts that are listed in www.guestroombooking.com or gay.guestroombooking.com should keep their details and information updated at all time.
They should provide us with the information and details needed to create and maintain the listed information. Failing to do so may result in the guesthouse being removed from the listing.
info pages
The information put in the pages that guestroombooking puts at the disposal of guesthouses should be correct and updated at all times.
Failing to do so may result in the pages being disabled or removed.
The guesthouse may refer to their info pages as their website. They should only refer to the www.guestroombooking.com/guesthousename link.
The guesthouse owner is the sole responsible for the content he puts on the pages of his guesthouse.
It is not allowed to put javascript or other scripting, or own html code in the pages.
It is not allowed to refer to an "online-booking" facility, - page or -system other than guestroombooking, using the term "online booking" or similar.
If you have a similar link on your proper website, it is not alowed to link to that website from your guestroombooking-pages.
